We engage and deliver our SaaS-based product to a global clientele of luxury hotel chains spread across geographies like USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia & India. Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.
Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect who can:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design solutions that meet those requirements.
- Develop and present architectural designs, proposals, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.
- Ensure that the proposed solutions align with industry best practices, security standards, and company guidelines.
- Conduct technical evaluations and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with sales and project management teams to support the pre-sales process and project delivery.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in architecting and designing complex software solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
