Role
The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and coaching our development team in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and experience in managing software development projects.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Coach and mentor the development team in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is groomed and prioritized.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the development team’s progress.
- Ensure the development team adheres to the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the product.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum master’s in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus.
