We engage and deliver our SaaS-based product to a global clientele of luxury hotel chains spread across geographies like USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia & India. Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.
Role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope,
- and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment, to facilitate
- efficient project execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership, providing transparent
- and timely updates.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Optimize resource allocation and workload to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
- Manage project budgets, working closely with finance and project sponsors to ensure financial
- objectives are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall
- delivery effectiveness.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with
- organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and support throughout the
- software development life cycle.
- Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, Project managers
- and Leads fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Manage resource allocation and workload, optimizing team performance and maintaining a positive
- work environment.
- Collaborate with finance and project sponsors to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring
- financial goals are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes
- and overall efficiency.
- Conduct post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and applying insights to future projects.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
