We engage and deliver our SaaS-based product to a global clientele of luxury hotel chains spread across geographies like USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia & India. Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.

Role Overview

We are looking for Project Manager’s to join our Global Customer Engagement Team focused on the implementation of our solutions and the setting our clients up for long term success with Hudini’s solutions. This role will require some travel to properties during the implementation cycle. As a Global company you may on occasion be asked to work on an implementation in one of our geographies outside of your home location but international travel would be an exception basis.

Project Managers are responsible for:

Overseeing and managing various aspects of a project to ensure that it meets its objectives, stays within scope, and is delivered on time and within budget.

• Manage implementation projects, ensure budget, schedule, and scope compliance.
• Implement clear project communication plans for stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients for meetings, schedules, and issue resolution.
• Analyze risks, provide updates to Management, and minimize delays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring projects are executed according to plan.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to management and relevant teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring everyone is informed.
  • Proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and external partners.
  • Ensure client expectations are managed and aligned with project outcomes.
  • Effectively manage changes in project scope, goals, or requirements.
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to project team members.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling SaaS Solutions, Technical projects, and system integration.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service aptitude.
