Hudini is a leading digital transformation platform for the hospitality industry (www.hudini.io). We are headquartered in Singapore with a development centre in Bangalore. We engage and deliver our SaaS-based product to a global clientele of luxury hotel chains spread across geographies like USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia & India. Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.

Role Overview

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the multi-channel marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports the sales team. You’ll work to create campaigns and content that position our brand and product to the right audiences at the right time in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the marketing strategy for Hudini in line with the company’s goals and targets.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and social.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Analyse campaign performance, report on key KPIs, and optimise based on result.
  • Manage existing marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and work with external vendors and freelances (PR, SEO, Designers).
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing mentorship, feedback and workload delegation.
  • Plan and execute events such as trade shows, conferences and private networking dinners.
  • Manage the company’s content calendar and sign off on all marketing creatives and communications.
  • Develop product marketing materials and support the sales team with targeted messaging.
  • Present weekly and monthly marketing reports to senior leadership,

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Highly organised with strong project and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and SEO platforms
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI
  • Event planning experience is desired
