Hudini is a leading digital transformation platform for the hospitality industry (www.hudini.io). We are headquartered in Singapore with a development centre in Bangalore. We engage and deliver our SaaS-based product to a global clientele of luxury hotel chains spread across geographies like USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia & India. Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests. 

Role

  • Working with the product development team to identify and analyse business requirements, evaluate options for meeting those requirements, and make recommendations for implementing solutions.   
  • Closely with internal stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.   
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for product development teams.   
  • Analyse and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for new product features or enhancements.   
  • Work with product development teams to develop product roadmaps, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.   
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review and prioritize requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities Act as a liaison between business and technical teams and provide guidance to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.   
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and decision-making.   
  • Monitor product progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise Conduct business and financial analysis to support decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of product initiatives.   
  • Communicate product status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and make recommendations for resolution.   
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and developments and apply that knowledge to make recommendations for new product initiatives.    

Must haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst   
  • working on product development initiatives Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate options and make recommendations.   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.   
  • Knowledge of product development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Experience with market research and competitor analysis   
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
